Five Girls to Participate in Swimsuit Pageant
Five “Original Hooters” Girls have been selected to participate in the 13th Annual Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant in Hollywood, FL on June 20, 2009. All five are current Hooters Girls in their respective markets (Nicole Ciglar, Clearwater, FL; Marie Butler, North St. Petersburg, FL; Dana Coppoletta, Oak Lawn, IL; Shannon Buckel, Shaumburg, IL; and Stacey Grigoryan, Manhattan, NY) and were selected by a casting call held by the Marketing & Promotions Department.
The girls will spend a busy week in Hollywood taking part in numerous photo shoots, interviews, pageant rehearsals, cocktail parties, and culminating with the pageant on Saturday. Over 100 Hooters Girls from around the world are selected from their markets to participate. The winner of this year’s pageant will receive $50,000 and spend the year representing Hooters in TV commercials, media appearances, and new store openings.
